In our E85-fueled, high-horsepower LT5 Engines we noticed the fuel feed pressure to port injection rails experiences significant drop-off.
No matter the modifications on the factory FICM, the system simply cannot keep up with the fuel flow needed for E85. With that, Katech has engineered a solution to safely supply fuel to the port injection system independently of the high pressure fuel system. Our solution is running the port injection "in-parallel" with the high pressure side instead of "in series" like GM designed.
With no screws or hardware, This fuel line is easy to install and is designed to fit perfectly with your 2019 Corvette ZR1's existing fuel system. Its high flow design ensures that fuel is delivered to your engine quickly and efficiently. The Katech High Flow HPFP Bypass Line will allow users to seamlessly run 100% E85 at ANY power level, without any fuel rail pressure drop-off.
This install can be done in the car without removing the supercharger.
