Every Katech cylinder head begins with new Gen 5 LT1 castings and is precision CNC ported in-house to ensure absolute consistency from port to port. Our CNC port programs are developed through extensive airflow testing and real-world race validation, optimizing intake and exhaust efficiency for improved cylinder filling, combustion stability, and high-RPM reliability.
Oversized, high-strength valve components further elevate performance. Titanium intake valves reduce valvetrain mass for improved response and control, while Inconel exhaust valves provide exceptional heat resistance under extreme operating conditions.
